Description

This would have been exceptional at one point, but it seems to be the new normal with Universes Beyond setsit's roughly equivalent to Marvel's Spider-Man (only 98 commanders, but that was a special small set)

Its not as easy to defend it with countermagic, but a fresh hand and 6 mana is still really good

The other use I can think of is that Karn's card draw isn't worded as "drawing," so if you're a horrible person and want to lose your friends, you can pair Karn with mean cards like Possessed Portal or Omen Machine to lock them out of the game while you keep your hand nice and full
