1940s Vintage Vanity Original Black Velvet & Tulle Dress - XS SORT|933 Tie at the waistA beautiful black dress dating back to the 1940s. The dress features a ruffled collar, small shoulder pads, tiny button detailing and a metal side zip fastening. The skirt of the dress is voluminous and is covered by a fine mesh tulle featuring velvet detailing.
