Idaho 7 & Rose Cider/Wild Ale Hybrid Two Flints The lambics used were fermentedA dry hopped blend of Olivers Cider and our foudre ale, finished with a delicate infusion of rose water for a floral complexity. Dominant aromas of cider are paired with subtle floral and citrus undertones courtesy of the dry hop and rose addition.
