This appellation was an 'insiders' choice until it jumped to fame when the Hebrard family, owners of Ch. Cheval Blanc, together with the Debourd family of Chateau lAnglus jointly purchased the 40ha Chateau de Francs estate in the mid 80s. This historic estate vineyards were refurbished and
