That's in part because many of these cards have had prior printings and this just helps with accessibility

I do wish there was a dragon in its art though - I guess the current illustration fits the Candlekeep theme - but I just feel like it would make it a more seamless inclusion

Not having a third color limits access to some wide token generators

Having everyone bottom their hand and then draw again is going to give you a boatload (or planeload) of Snakes without actually giving them more cards in hand than they would have had to begin with
