酒莊唯一的一級園，也是在炎熱年份下表現格外突出的Les Suchots。Jean-Marc將Les Suchots風土上較為涼爽的個性詮釋得恰到好處。紅色果實與清涼草本的香氣與口感，散發玫瑰的典雅香氣，點綴可口的辛香料風味。礦物感的鹹味更增添酒的層次與豐富度，相當精彩。

風土：位於紐西蘭南島北端的Marlborough，是紐西蘭最大的葡萄酒產區，產量約占全國的七成以上。位處南半球高緯度，氣候涼爽，並且靠近海洋的緣故，獲得海洋調節氣溫，加上山丘屏障，因此降雨量不高，日照充足，葡萄可以有較長的生長週期，緩慢地逐步達到最佳的成熟度，並且明顯的溫差更使得此處的果實保留了輕盈可口的酸度。
