2公頃大的葡萄園。樹齡已經30歲以上。產率控制在35~40 hl/ha。表土為風化分解的花崗岩，下方為堅硬的花崗岩基層。手工採收後進行人工篩選，在控溫的水泥槽中下進行10~15天的浸泡(二氧化碳浸漬法)，只透過原生酵母發酵，不添加任何SO2。之後移至3~5年的大橡木桶，培養7個月。
