He is the Totilas (approximately 1: 20 scale) porcelain, repainted by Jessica Claus in 2013, signed and dated on the bottom of his base. He features incredible, mottled dappling, bright whites, and lovely eyes. His finish is smooth and looks so nice, that like I said, I originally was wondering when they'd made this as an Original Finish
